What we collect

When you submit the contact form we receive the name, phone number and ZIP code you enter, plus the email address, service selection and message if you choose to provide them. The form is processed by Web3Forms, which delivers the submission to our email and does not retain it for its own purposes.

What we do with it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, quote the work, and schedule and carry out the job. That is the only use. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list you did not ask to join.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to service the job and meet ordinary business and tax record-keeping obligations, then deleted.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request — a standard consequence of loading any third-party resource.

Your rights in California

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request its deletion, and know whether it has been sold or shared. We do not sell or share personal information. To make a request, call 619-923-0271 or use the contact form.

Phone calls and messages

Calling us or submitting the form constitutes consent for us to contact you about your enquiry by phone, text or email. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will.

If this policy changes we will update this page. Material changes will be noted with a revision date.
