These terms cover your use of this website and the information on it. The specific terms of any repair or installation work are set out in the written estimate you receive and agree to before work begins.

Estimates and pricing

Prices shown on this site are indicative ranges to help you budget. They are not quotations. A binding price is given in writing on site after inspection, and it does not change afterwards unless you approve additional work in advance.

Information on this site

The technical guidance here is general and offered in good faith. Every door and opening is different, and nothing on this site substitutes for an on-site inspection. We are not liable for outcomes arising from work carried out by you or by others based on general information published here.

Scheduling and access

Appointment windows are estimates and can be affected by earlier jobs, traffic and emergency callouts. We ask for safe access to both sides of the door where the work requires it. If we cannot access the work area on the agreed date, a return visit may be chargeable.

Workmanship and parts

Our labour and the parts we supply are warranted as set out in your written estimate and invoice. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, forced entry, impact, or subsequent work by others. Pre-existing conditions we identified and you declined to address are excluded.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless other terms are agreed in writing in advance.

Cancellation

Please give as much notice as you can. Custom-ordered glass and special-order hardware cannot be cancelled once ordered.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
